Conferencing & Accommodation

The Cranfield Innovation Centre’s conference rooms and faciltiies offer professional accommodation for on and off-site businesses within easy reach of both Milton Keynes and Bedford, ranging from boardroom space to smaller meetingrooms with catering provided by the on-site cafe.

For larger events, facilities at Cranfield University offers accommodation options available all year round. All located within walking distance of the Tech Park there are six conference venues in all, from small meeting rooms for a few delegates through to state-of-the-art lecture theatres to seat 250 delegates. There are also two hotels onsite, one of which is four star with dedicated conference accommodation. A total of 250 en-suite rooms are available exclusively to business visitors.

Cranfield University has a range of sporting, eating and drinking facilities, all of which are available for Tech Park companies and employees to use. Sporting facilities include a 500sq metre sports hall with capacity to host a wide range of indoor sporting activities and events; complemented by outdoor facilities including tennis courts and a range of field sport pitches.

There is a generous provision of places to eat and socialise including the Cranfield Innovation Centre based Café Expresso. A further six venues across the University Campus provide further variety, with many being ideal for entertaining corporate clients.

Seminars & CPD

Cranfield University Technology Park runs a unique business seminar programme for its tenants and firms across the region in partnership with Cranfield University, Central Bedfordshire Council and South East Midlands Local Enterprise Partnership.

Hosted in the CIC’s conference suite the events are designed to provide advice and support for small and growing businesses, with topics ranging from marketing and HR support to funding opportunities, intellectual property and Knowledge Transfer Partnerships.
